> The Foreign Ministry says that nearly all migrants who recently entered Ceuta illegally have left the territory for Morocco. It stresses that entering Spain illegally through Ceuta or Melilla does not give a person the right to stay in the country. Such entry also does not authorize travel to mainland Spain or free movement across Europe.
