> Voting is under way across all 50 states in midterm elections that will decide every House seat and 35 Senate seats. Democrats are seeking historic congressional gains, while Republicans hope to defy expectations. More than 57 million people had already voted early, and the Justice Department said it was sending about 1,000 monitors to polling sites.
