> Bangladesh has cautioned India that allowing the former leader to pursue political activity from its territory could damage the improving relationship between the two countries. The warning comes ahead of Hasina’s planned speech. At the same time, Assam is continuing to deal with extensive destruction caused by flooding. DW reports on both developments, linking the diplomatic pressure with the ongoing humanitarian impact of the floods in the Indian state.
