> The US military struck Iran’s Qeshm Island on Monday, The Wall Street Journal reported, describing it as part of a series of limited attacks Washington has secretly conducted in recent weeks. Unnamed US officials called the strikes defensive, and the report said authorities are keeping them quiet to avoid signaling a return to full-scale hostilities.
