> Dozens gathered outside a private home in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka on November 2, claiming people inside were being held and tortured. National Guard commander Oleksandr Pivnenko denied the abuse allegations and said the house temporarily accommodated newly mobilized National Guard members; he said 18 service members were inside. Journalists reported that four people were brought out, one reportedly with a broken spine.
