> Ukraine’s human rights ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said some residents of Russian-occupied Oleshky want to leave, while families evacuated in a recent humanitarian mission are still traveling to Ukrainian-controlled territory. The number still in the town cannot be verified, and Ukraine cannot disclose the evacuee count under its agreement with Russia.
