> Kazakhstan’s Energy Ministry spokeswoman Asel Serikpayeva said a drone attack on facilities at the Samara production and dispatch hub early on November 2 led to a temporary suspension of oil transport through the Atyrau-Samara pipeline. Specialists are assessing the infrastructure, and oil intake is expected to resume shortly.
