> Ukrainian prisoner of war Ruslan Romanov died in Russia while facing three terrorism-related charges, Mediazona reported. Its journalists found a Southern District Military Court entry dismissing one case after the defendant’s death, though his name was hidden in the database. Mediazona identified him as a Ukrainian serviceman but could not establish the details of the allegations, his unit, or when he was captured.
