> Ukraine’s emergency alert app mistakenly sent a nationwide air raid warning on Sunday evening, along with alerts about a radiological threat, chemical attack and street fighting in Kyiv. Russia said hours later that its equivalent app had also issued false alerts. Both countries say their systems were hacked, but it remains unclear who was responsible or whether the incidents were linked.
