> Russia’s Federal Financial Monitoring Service has placed Viktor Kalinin, a teenager from St. Petersburg, on its registry of terrorists and extremists. A Telegram channel that monitors changes to the list reported that the addition took place on July 30. Kalinin had reached the age of 14 only three months earlier, making him the youngest person reported to have been added to the registry so far.
