> Reform UK, described as a hard-right party, has unveiled a plan to deploy the Royal Navy to turn small migrant boats back to France. The party presented it as the largest military operation in the English Channel since World War II. Experts and rival political parties quickly dismissed the proposal. The announcement came as Reform UK and its leader, Nigel Farage, face a series of scandals.
