> The UN migration agency estimates that 50,000 Ethiopians have crossed into Kenya to flee deadly clashes in southern Ethiopia. Many have reached Moyale in Marsabit County, where local families and temporary sites are accommodating them. Kenya and humanitarian partners are preparing to assist up to 80,000 people. The violence involved Ethiopia’s Somali and Oromo communities, and media reports have linked it to tensions over a flag dispute.
