> European diplomats refused to join Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov for a group photo at the G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in Atlanta. Lavrov said Volodymyr Zelenskyy should travel to Moscow to meet Vladimir Putin, and declined to say whether Putin would attend December’s summit.
