> Russia has accused Ukraine of carrying out a bombing at a restaurant in central Moscow that killed five people. Reports suggest the attack may have been intended for a senior Russian air force commander. The blast happened on Saturday evening near the entrance to an upscale Italian restaurant. The site was beside one of Moscow’s Stalin-era skyscrapers on Kudrinskaya Square. Russia’s foreign ministry made the accusation against Kyiv.
