> A Texas grand jury indicted ICE officer Mario Alberto Morales on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges over an October 10 incident in Houston. He is accused of deliberately striking Mexican construction worker Miguel Parra-Hernandez as he fled an immigration operation. ICE says Parra-Hernandez ran in front of the vehicle, but the district attorney says surveillance footage contradicts that account; body-camera video captures Morales acknowledging the collision.
