> Residents began leaving Russian-held Oleshky in a joint relief operation, with a convoy bringing food and medicine and evacuating people seeking to go to Russia or Ukraine. A localized ceasefire in Kherson region allowed roads to be cleared of mines. About 2,000 people remain in the city, and several hundred have chosen to stay.
