> Russian exchanges will be safer than foreign platforms because they will operate under Russian law and regulatory oversight, State Duma financial markets committee chairman Anatoly Aksakov told TASS. He urged people to be extremely cautious and not to keep savings in cryptocurrency. Binance previously said losses from a security incident could have reached $6.3 billion.
