> Taiz governor Nabil Shamsan said a month-long Houthi siege was leaving food, water and oxygen scarce, with massacres taking place. He said roadblocks were restricting supplies, health and education services had been disrupted, and thousands of displaced families had arrived. He urged international action to lift the siege and allow aid in; the Houthi leader denied the city was under siege.
