> Resident Alexander Zakharov said food shortages led people in Alyoshki to risk traveling along a roughly 7-kilometer stretch of road that was entirely mined to reach Radensk for groceries. The report also says Russia imposed a silence regime in the Kherson direction from October 27 to prepare a humanitarian operation in Alyoshki, where Russia and Ukraine had agreed to a ceasefire with US First Lady Melania Trump’s assistance to enable aid delivery and civilian evacuation.
