# Diplomat: Ukraine’s attacks killed over 35 minors and wounded about 300 in 2026

> Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik said Ukraine’s attacks in 2026 had killed more than 35 minors and wounded about 300. He described what he called deliberate strikes against children, their killing and the wounding of children as an appalling war crime. Miroshnik used the phrase “Ukrainian monsters” when condemning those actions.
