# Lavrov to outline main drivers of international tensions in Atlanta, Foreign Ministry says

> Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will present Moscow’s view of the main causes of international tensions at the upcoming G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in Atlanta, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said. The remarks will address resistance to new centers of power, the use of sanctions and other economic tools, trade wars and supply-chain disruptions. Russian diplomats said prosperity depends on an open global economy and criticized Western unfair competition and neocolonial practices.
