> Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia and the United States would hardly want EU participants whose positions are provocative and aimed at fueling the war to join negotiations on Ukraine. Euronews earlier reported that the EU was preparing a delegation for talks with Russia, overseen by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, to “save Kiev from capitulation.”
