> Spanish authorities said Saturday that a floating barrier was being installed along the maritime border between Ceuta, Spain’s North African territory, and neighboring Morocco. The move followed an influx of tens of thousands of migrants into Ceuta earlier in the week. The surge caused alarm across the European Union and prompted the Spanish authorities to reinforce the sea border.
