> Russian Presidential Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries Kirill Dmitriev said British Prime Minister Andy Burnham cannot present a program aimed at stimulating economic growth. Dmitriev criticized Burnham’s ability to improve Britain’s economy. He added that the prime minister knows how to make “cringe” videos, framing the remark as a pointed dismissal of Burnham’s public performance rather than an assessment of a specific policy.
