> Officials said that almost all migrants who entered Spain’s enclave of Ceuta had left by Saturday. An estimated 60,000 people crossed into the enclave from neighbouring Morocco over only a few days, and at least 67 died during the attempt. Spain plans to build a 500-metre containment barrier along its sea border. At the same time, most EU countries signed an open letter urging the bloc’s interior ministers to hold emergency talks. France 24’s Matthew-Mary Caruchet reports further details.
