> Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev described the Ukrainian attack on the Yanina vessel as nothing more than maritime piracy. He stressed that the ship was an ordinary, peaceful container vessel traveling through international waters. According to Likhachev, it was carrying civilian goods. His characterization presents the incident as an attack on non-military shipping rather than a legitimate military action.
