> Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store initiated a call with Vladimir Putin on October 27 to discuss Ukraine, a planned meeting in Abu Dhabi, and stability in the Baltic Sea and High North. The Kremlin said they supported resuming trilateral Russia-Ukraine-US talks and agreed to keep in direct contact. Stubb called the conversation frank and substantive; Denmark’s prime minister said it was not coordinated with European allies.
