> Welsh First Minister Rhun ap Iorwerth says Wales’s unequal relationship with the UK must change. He has formally asked the British prime minister to transfer more powers over policing, justice, railways and natural resources. He says the aim is to let Wales shape its future, not break up the UK, and will not seek an independence referendum during this parliament.
