> A limited truce has begun in Russian-occupied Oleshky, where residents have been without food, water and electricity. Ukrainian officials and Russia’s defence ministry say it is being observed. The White House says US First Lady Melania Trump secured the truce to enable aid deliveries and a planned civilian evacuation, though mined routes and drone attacks make escape dangerous.
