> Campaigners warn that King Charles’s upcoming Caribbean tour could accelerate efforts in several countries to remove him as head of state unless he does more to confront the monarchy’s historic links to slavery. He is due to visit the Bahamas, Guyana, and Antigua and Barbuda, and attend the Commonwealth heads of government meeting. Protests and demands for an apology and reparations are expected.
