> Romanian officials say a Russian network coordinated the Sept. 14 fire near a state-owned arms company in Brasov. They identified three people allegedly coerced by Russian operatives; two were arrested while preparing similar attacks in Germany, while the third is believed to be in Poland. Romania’s intelligence service calls the attack part of a wider Russian sabotage campaign in Europe.
