> Ukraine and Russia began a localized ceasefire early Tuesday in Russian-occupied Oleshky to let humanitarian aid enter. Both sides said it took effect at 3 a.m. local time under an agreement brokered by US first lady Melania Trump. About 2,000 people remain stranded amid severe food and medicine shortages, and any reduction in fighting could not be independently verified.
