> Romanian authorities say a network coordinated by Russia was responsible for a September 14 fire at an industrial site near a state-owned weapons factory in Brasov. Intelligence officials describe it as part of a wider campaign against military and industrial targets in European countries supporting Ukraine; three people, two Belarusians and a Ukrainian, were allegedly involved.
