> Evacuation volunteer Kseniia Arkhipova warned that Russian-occupied Oleshky could suffer greater destruction after civilians leave under a recently U.S.-negotiated ceasefire. She urged those still in town to consider evacuating and fears reports of a mass departure could lead the outside world to believe no civilians remain. Russia and Ukraine agreed to a local truce for the evacuation and humanitarian aid delivery, but routes remain unclear.
