> North Korea has accused South Korea of fabricating a September landmine explosion in the Demilitarized Zone that injured three South Korean soldiers, calling Seoul’s attribution of blame a “sinister obstructive move.” The US-led UN Command said North Korean mine placement violated the armistice, while Seoul has proposed military talks to confirm the border’s location and reduce accidental clashes.
