> Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court extended voting by two hours after serious logistics problems were reported. Lula da Silva’s campaign said voters in several cities could not reach polling places because free public transportation was unavailable; heavy rain, flooded roads and traffic gridlock in southeastern Brazil worsened the situation. Voters are choosing between Lula and right-wing opposition candidate Flavio Bolsonaro.
