> Serbia is voting as the grassroots Student List movement challenges Aleksandar Vučić, whom the report describes as increasingly authoritarian, in a major test of his 12-year hold on power. The election follows nearly two years of student-led protests sparked by the Novi Sad railway station canopy collapse, which killed 16 and exposed extensive government and institutional corruption.
