> Bulgarians are voting in a presidential election as Russia’s war on Ukraine reaches waters off the country’s Black Sea coast. The two leading candidates, Iliana Iotova and Andrey Gyurov, condemn recent deadly drone strikes but differ over the wider war. Polls put them at 41 and 28 percent, and analysts expect a runoff.
