> Protesters returned to the streets of Milan on Saturday, a week after looting and clashes with police. Soldiers were deployed and luxury shops boarded up. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni announced 500 additional soldiers for the city and tougher penalties for minors, whom police said made up a large share of last week’s violent protesters.
