> Volodymyr Zelensky said speed restrictions on Starlink and military service Starshield remain in Ukraine, while delivery of interceptors against Russian ballistic missiles is still delayed. He said Russian attacks are frequent and the limits have complicated matters, though Ukraine’s front line is holding. Trump denied ordering restrictions, then said Musk had lifted them; media reports said Musk proposed and ordered the limits and Trump asked him to end them.
