# Zelensky says trilateral peace talks with Russia and US to start in November

> Negotiating teams from Ukraine, Russia and the U.S. are expected to begin peace talks in Abu Dhabi in November, starting at a technical level, Zelensky said. If the discussions make progress, the leaders would meet. He called for strong security guarantees for Ukraine and Europe’s inclusion, and said Ukraine’s army would need funding for at least 10 years after a deal. Zelensky also said Starshield speed limits remain in place and interceptor missile supplies are delayed.
