> Volodymyr Zelensky said Starlink restrictions remain in force in Ukraine, with tests showing a maximum speed of 161 kph. Kyiv still hopes SpaceX and the US administration will lift them, a process that could take two to three days or longer. Trump said Ukraine’s access to the Starshield military satellite system had been restored but did not identify who ordered it.
