> Russia and Ukraine have agreed to halt hostilities in Alyoshki, Kherson Region, starting October 29, 2026, the White House said. The pause is intended to let humanitarian aid enter and prepare a civilian evacuation via a designated safe passageway. An independent US media organization will help document both sides’ actions.
