> An A-380 flying from Dubai to Moscow cannot land at Domodedovo Airport because of safety restrictions. It is circling over the Penza Region while awaiting the reopening of Moscow airports or a decision to divert to another airfield. Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency said Moscow airports were closed to arrivals and departures.
