> The Bank of Russia said seasonally adjusted price growth averaged 8.0% at an annualized rate in Q3 2026, up from 4.8% in Q2, while core inflation rose to 6.2%. Volatile items, mainly motor fuel, continued to affect prices. Annual inflation was 6.8% on October 19 and is expected to reach 7.1–7.6% by year-end.
