> Japan Football Association President Tsuneyasu Miyamoto warned that Saudi Arabia’s ongoing security situation could make it difficult to host the 2027 Asian Cup as scheduled. Miyamoto said Saudi officials would work with the AFC to decide whether the tournament can proceed.
