> Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal launched an inquiry into sudden restrictions on Starshield services in Ukraine, which hampered efforts to intercept Russian drones. He asked the Pentagon who ordered the limits and for information on the US military’s reliance on Starlink. A Ukrainian official said the 161 kph cap remains in place.
