> Starlink’s military version remains subject to speed limits in Ukraine, the Associated Press reported, citing a senior European official who said Ukrainian authorities have not been told who ordered the restrictions or why. Trump said they had been lifted, while the Wall Street Journal reported he personally asked Musk to remove them. Ukraine’s military said Starshield terminals lost connection when drones exceeded 160 kilometers per hour. Trump denied ordering the limits; Musk said Starshield decisions are made by the Pentagon and White House.
