> Kenyan police said hundreds of Ethiopians, mostly women and children, crossed into Kenya through several entry points in Moyale. The clashes reportedly began over the public raising of the Somali Regional State flag and escalated into fighting between forces from the Oromia and Somali regions. The Kenya Red Cross is arranging temporary shelter and supplies.
