> The Wall Street Journal, citing sources, reports that Donald Trump asked Elon Musk to lift restrictions on Starlink’s military service in Ukraine. Trump was frustrated by a speed cap of about 160 kilometers per hour. U.S. and Ukrainian officials said the system began working “more normally” after their call, and Ukrainian drone commanders said the limits had been lifted, though testing continued.
